Mr. Santosh Pai

Mr. Santosh Pai is a Partner at Dentons Link Legal, where he specializes in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and foreign investments across India, China, Europe, and Southeast Asia. His research and professional interests include India–China economic relations, cross-cultural negotiations, global supply chains, geopolitics, and public policy. He founded the firm's India–China Practice in 2010 and is one of the few Indian lawyers proficient in Mandarin Chinese. He is a member of the Confederation of Indian Industry’s (CII) Core Group on China, an Honorary Fellow at the Institute of Chinese Studies, New Delhi, and a regular contributor to academic publications and media commentary on China and India–China relations.
