Ms. Aparna Ray

Ms. Aparna Ray is a Joint Secretary at the Centre for Contemporary China Studies (CCCS), Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India. She previously served as Joint Secretary in the Policy, Planning and Research (PP&R) Division. As a career diplomat with 18 years of experience in the Indian Foreign Service, she has served in Beijing, Islamabad, and Geneva along with various positions at MEA headquarters.
