Dr Swati Prabhu is Associate Fellow with the Centre for New Economic Diplomacy, Observer Research Foundation (ORF). Her research explores the interlinkages between India’s development partnerships in South Asia and Africa and the Sustainable Development Agenda. Swati’s broader research interests encompass development partnerships, climate change, environment, and sustainability. She completed her MPhil & PhD from the Centre for European Studies, School of International Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), New Delhi, India. Prior to ORF, Swati was Junior Fellow at Maulana Abul Kalam Azad Institute of Asian Studies (MAKAIAS), Kolkata under Ministry of Culture. She has also authored a children’s book titled “50 FAQs on Climate Change” published by The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI). She also contributed to the ORCAxWICCI Special Issue "Building the Future of EU-India Strategic Partnership: Between Trade, Technology, Security and China."
