Dr Aleksandra Jaskólska is a CEO of Cross-Cultural Intelligence and lecturer at the University of Warsaw. Aleksandra has many years of experience as a trainer in cultural differences, intercultural management, intercultural communication, & expatriate management. She holds a PhD in Social Sciences and works at the Faculty of Political Science and International Studies, University of Warsaw, where she teaches and conducts research on the impact of culture on national domestic and foreign policy, with particular emphasis on Asian countries. Aleksandra is the author of training programs and articles on cultural differences in business, she specialises in Polish and Indian business culture. She also contributed to the ORCAxWICCI Special Issue "Building the Future of EU-India Strategic Partnership: Between Trade, Technology, Security and China."
