Nandita Khadgi works as a faculty at MU Institute of Cooperation and Development (MICD- MU). Her areas of research interest focus on Migration and Refugees, South Asia and China Studies, Regional Security of South Asia, Small State Security, Non-Traditional Security and Trans-Himalayan connectivity. She has presented academic papers at national and international conferences. She also worked as a Research Associate at NIICE Nepal. She has worked as a senior lecturer at various academic institutions in Nepal. She pursued a Master’s Degree of Law in International Relations from School of International Studies at Sichuan University, China. She is also an MBA graduate from Westcliff University. She is also a contributor to ORCA-NIICE Special Issue on "Transboundary Water Security in South Asia"
