Mr. Ratish Mehta, Senior Research Associate at Organisation for Research on China and Asia (ORCA), represented the organisation at the 8th Think Tank Forum held from 12-14 January at Nalanda University, Bihar. The forum was organised by the Observer Research Foundation (ORF) and brought together representatives from over 100 think tanks across India to deliberate on avenues for collaboration and explore ways in which the think tank community can further strengthen its policy contributions.
